Two streams get captured: THEM is whatever plays out of your speakers (Zoom, Teams, Meet) and YOU is your microphone. Click start, say something out loud, and play any video. Both pills should go green and your words should show up below. The first start downloads the speech model and can take a minute.

With GoHighLevel connected, the coach figures out who your meeting is with from your booked appointments and files the call notes on that contact when the call ends. Skip this if you don't use GHL. To get these two values: in your GHL sub-account go to Settings, then Private Integrations, make one with calendar, contact and note permissions, and copy the token. The Location ID is on Settings, Business Profile.
